Earlier this year, Kia unveiled their new logo in Seoul, Korea in spectacular fashion, heralding a new era of branding and design philosophy. The new, modern logo is already featured on the all-new 2022 Kia Carnival, as well as the award-winning Kia Stinger, but Canadians can expect to see more of Kia’s new logo and branding as it becomes more mainstream this fall.
Nearly all 2022 models will bear Kia’s new branding, including AJAC Category award winning models, the Kia Telluride and K5, along with the soon to be introduced Sorento plug-in hybrid, Kia’s first 3-row SUV PHEV offering, which is set to arrive this fall.

What does the future hold for Kia?
Kia has also revealed their new brand slogan - “movement that inspires.” The new slogan “reflects Kia’s commitment to inspiring consumers through its products and services,” and signifies Kia’s movement towards sustainable living.
Since 2014, Kia has placed 18,000 electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid vehicles on the road, including the iconic Soul EV, named 2020’s World Urban Car of the Year, the Niro HEV, followed by the PHEV and EV iterations in 2019, giving consumers an array of options to best suit their individual needs.
Their new, long-term and progressive strategy cleverly titled ‘Plan S,’ will see Kia take on a leadership position in sustainable mobility services, vehicle electrification, connectivity, and autonomy. Kia plans to introduce seven new plug-in hybrid or dedicated electric models by 2025, beginning with the Kia EV6, which is coming to Canada in 2022.
