I saw a certified used vehicle I was interested in on their website and went through their online chat option to inquire. I was directed to Adam Riggs, who has been nothing but amazing throughout the entire process. From granting me the opportunity to test drive for 1+ day (and delivering the vehicle right to my door, I might add!), to answering every inane question I had etc., etc., etc., he and Phil have been great. One thing that stood out for me, and it may be a small point for many, was that Adam was very laid back and not pushy in an 'old school car salesman' way. That absolutely put me at ease. Thanks to the staff at Centennial Kia! :)
